PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Each personal training session begins with a short assessment to understand your goals and needs.

  • Sessions are stand-alone and tailored to address your specific request, whether technique, modifications, or readiness for classes.

  • Train in the same supportive, women-led space as our group classes, with one-on-one coaching.

  • Our aim is to build confidence and provide the tools you need to thrive in group fitness classes and beyond.

Important Note: Roar no longer offers ongoing personal training packages. We now provide single-session personal training by request only. These sessions are designed for specific needs such as a one-time check-in before starting classes, form and technique questions, or approval for girls ages 12–17 to participate in classes alongside a parent. Sessions are $130 and must be scheduled directly through the studio.
