  • Comprehensive Evaluation: In-studio and remote personal fitness training sessions begin with a thoughtful assessment of your goals, lifestyle, movement patterns, and any injuries. This allows us to tailor your experience to meet you exactly where you are.

    Focused on Women’s Needs: Our programs are thoughtfully designed to support the unique physiological and performance needs of women at every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to perimenopause and menopause. We deliver effective, relevant fitness solutions that empower you to move with strength and confidence.

  • Efficient 45-Minute Format: Unlike the typical hour-long session, our 45-minute training is intensely focused on actual lifting and strength training, maximizing your time with us.

    Pre and Post-Session Guidance: Clients are encouraged to complete pre and post stretching and cardio on their own time, ensuring that every minute with your trainer is optimized for the best results.

  • Expert Guidance: Our trainers provide form-focused, safety-first instruction in both in-studio and remote sessions, helping you build strength with confidence and precision.

BOOK A SESSION

  • Train with us in person using a full range of equipment and hands-on coaching in a dedicated strength-focused environment.

    Your first session is a 45-minute intake that will include movement assessments, goal setting, and a guided workout tailored to your needs.

  • Train with us live in a session built around your space, equipment, and goals.

    Your first session includes a 15-minute intro call to assess your setup, movement history, and any injuries. This is followed by a 30-minute training session to complete your full 45-minute onboarding. All future sessions are 45-minutes and designed to deliver the same expert coaching and personalized support you’d receive in person.

OUR TRAINERS

  • Born in the US to Bolivian-Dutch parents, Renée grew up in France and came to the SF Bay area in 2004. Renée is passionate about all aspects of health and fitness and strives to help others reach their goals. While having a background in various fitness modalities, Renée’s specialty is strength training with a focus on body-weight training, improving strength and mobility with minimal equipment while minimizing risk of injury. In addition to working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer (NASM certified), she has worked in public health research and currently produces music under the alias Razteria.

  • As a Certified Strength Coach (CSCS), my expertise lies in training athletes to maximize their performance, resilience, and overall well-being. I have worked alongside Division I strength coaches at Stanford and currently serve as a Sports Science Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh, where I collaborate with coaches to translate data-driven insights into actionable training strategies for athletes. My approach combines advanced performance technology, evidence-based programming, and a deep understanding of the unique demands athletes face. I am committed to fostering a supportive, high-performance environment where athletes of all backgrounds can excel—whether on the field, court, or in life. My goal is to empower every person I work with to move better, train smarter, and compete with confidence.

  • I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Sports Nutrition, and Performance Enhancement. My mission is to help you lift at your optimal performance by combining proper movement mechanics, strategic programming, and goal-driven nutrition.

    Whether you’re looking to overcome movement limitations, build strength safely, or hit new personal bests, I focus on balanced exercise execution to ensure every rep moves you forward. My approach is rooted in science and tailored to your unique body, goals, and performance needs—so you can train hard, recover smarter, and stay injury-free.

  • Born and raised in San Francisco, I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer. I take a holistic approach to women’s strength training, knowing that so much of fitness is mental as it is physical.

  • My approach to personal training is holistic, with the goal of building strength and empowering every client to tap into their inner power. I understand that each body is unique, and achieving optimal results requires a true partnership with my clients. There is no one-size-fits-all approach instead, I celebrate each client’s personal goals and individual body type. Together, we develop a customized plan that promotes greater strength, improved health, and sustainable progress. I believe in teamwork, and my role is not only to guide, but to support and adapt to each client’s evolving needs. 

    I began my journey at a young age with training in bodybuilding, yoga, and classical ballet. Over time, I expanded my experience into Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and jiu-jitsu, and I’ve practiced Muay Thai for over 11 years. This diverse background allows me to train clients multidimensionally, blending different modalities to create well-rounded, effective programs. 

    I’m not just a trainer—I’m a lifelong student. Having been coached by many professionals myself, I deeply understand the client’s perspective. I continually apply what I’ve learned to grow as a coach and better serve those I train. 

    While I draw from a broad range of disciplines, my core expertise lies in bodybuilding and strength training. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, I’m proud to share the knowledge and techniques I’ve developed and refined throughout my career. 

    I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. My sessions focus heavily on proper form and technique, incorporating mobility work and corrective exercises to prevent injury while building strength. I am passionate about educating my clients throughout our sessions—and hopefully, make them laugh and fall in love with bodybuilding as much as I have!

  • Martina is a lifelong sports enthusiast who knows firsthand the challenges of staying consistent with fitness. Until recently, she struggled to maintain a regular workout routine, but that journey is exactly what fuels her passion for helping others stick with it and stay motivated. Now, as part of the growing Roar community, Martina thrives on the energy of group workouts, the satisfaction of a good sweat, and the support of a like-minded crew.
