We're thrilled you're considering joining our community at Roar. Here’s everything you need to know to get started and make the most of your first visit.
What to Expect
Friendly Environment: Our studio is designed with a focus on women’s needs, creating a space where you can feel supported, comfortable, and empowered in your fitness journey.
Personal Attention: With small class sizes and personal professional services, you’ll receive individualized guidance from our expert trainers.
Thoughtful Programming: At Roar, classes are guided by the Roar Modality Method™, our structured approach to weekly programming that brings progression, variation, and science-informed strength training into a group fitness setting.
Comprehensive Workouts: Whether it’s an upper body class or total body, expect a mix of strength training, form perfection, and high-energy fun!
Getting Started
Sign Up Online: Visit our website to create an account. From there, you can view the schedule and sign up for your first class or private session. Note: Preregistration is required prior to studio visit.
Arrive Early: Come 5-10 minutes early to get a tour of our facilities, meet your trainer, and settle in without rush.
What to Bring: Just your workout gear, flat sneakers, and a water bottle, we’ll take care of the rest, including all necessary equipment.
For Your First Class
Introduction: Each class begins with a brief introduction so you know what to expect and how the day’s programming will flow.
Go at Your Own Pace: Every class is designed to be supportive and scalable. Our trainers are here to help you adjust as needed and feel confident in the work.
Built for Progress: Roar classes are not random. Through the Roar Modality Method™, our programming is designed to create different training demands across time so clients can continue progressing in a way that feels effective, clear, and sustainable.
