Our specialized clinics are now available by request for private groups looking to deepen their understanding of strength training. These sessions are designed to help participants master proper form, learn foundational movement patterns, and gain insight into how to lift in a way that supports their individual body, goals, and needs.

Clinics are open to all levels and are ideal for those new to lifting, returning after time away, or looking to fine-tune form and technique in a focused, supportive setting.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Each clinic offers hands-on education, guided movement, and real-time coaching. During a clinic, you’ll learn:

  • How to identify proper form and correct common errors.

  • What weight is right for your body, goals, and current ability.

  • How to modify movements based on injuries, mobility, or body structure.

  • What to avoid to reduce risk and support long-term progress.

Our goal is not just to teach exercises. It’s to help you understand your body better so you can lift smarter and move more confidently in and outside the studio.

OUR OFFERINGS

Upper Focus Clinic

Strengthen your shoulders, chest, back, and arms. This clinic emphasizes posture, control, and form. We will break down key upper body lifts and teach you how to engage properly for maximum benefit and injury prevention.

Lower Focus Clinic

Build power, mobility, and balance through intentional movement. This clinic will cover squats, deadlifts, and other foundational lower body movements with an emphasis on form, stability, and proper progression.

Looking for a combination of both?

Let us know in your request if you would like a combination of upper and lower body focus. We are happy to program a clinic that accommodates your goals within the time allotted.

What to Expect

  • Duration: Clinics run 60-minutes and include a mix of guided instruction, hands-on practice, and the opportunity for questions.

  • Group Size: A minimum of 6 participants is required. Noe Valley can host up to 12 participants, while our Ocean studio may accommodate up to 18, with one instructor provided for every 6 participants to ensure focused coaching and support.

  • Structure: Each session includes movement prep, detailed technique breakdowns, educational moments throughout, and time to ask questions. Expect a thoughtful balance of learning, lifting, and community.

Clinics are hosted by request and can be customized for your group. They are a great option for friend groups, sports teams, community meetups, or anyone looking to improve their strength training knowledge in a private group setting.
