  • How do I sign up for the 90-Day Challenge?

    You can sign up in person at the studio or by clicking here. Either option will get you set up and ready to go for June 1st!

  • Do I have to sign up to participate in the challenge?

    Yes! Registration is required. This helps us track your progress & makes you eligible for your reward.

  • What are the prizes for participating in the 90-day challenge?

    Hit 30 classes & receive a limited-edition Roar tank top. Hit 60 classes and receive a limited-edition Roar hoodie. Both are exclusive to challenge finishers only and not available for purchase!

  • Do I need to buy the Summer Sale package to participate in the challenge?

    Nope! You can use your current class packages or membership to reach your 30 or 60-class goal. The Summer Sale just gives you more credits at a lower price (and a little extra motivation!)

  • When do the challenge packages expire?

    All discounted challenge credits expire September 15, 2025. No extensions are allowed. In circumstances regarding medical or extenuating circumstances, please contact the studio for assistance.

  • Why do the credits expire so soon?

    These special summer packages are designed to encourage consistency and accountability throughout the challenge timeframe. Because they’re our most discounted options, they’re intended to be used from June 1 through September 1 (with a final expiration of September 15, 2025). However, we understand life happens. If you are unable to use all your credits due to medical or extenuating circumstances, please contact the studio for assistance.

  • What if I already have a membership?

    You’re welcome to use your current membership or class package to participate in the challenge. If you choose to purchase one of our sale packages, we’re happy to pause your membership for the duration of the challenge, just send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • What if I sign up for the challenge late?

    You can still participate! As long as you register and complete your 30 or 60 classes by September 1st, all classes taken after June 1st will count towards your goal. While we recommend registering early to stay on track and maximize participation, late sign-ups are allowed! Note: If you register later in the challenge, your reward may be delivered after the official challenge wrap-up due to prize logistics. Don’t worry- you’ll still receive it, but we appreciate your patience and encourage early sign-ups when possible!

  • What kind of goals should I set for the challenge?

    We recommend setting a goal that is strength-based or lifestyle-based. Think: increasing your weights, mastering a new move, or being able to lift your groceries up a few flights of stairs. These are the kinds of goals that last and make you feel unstoppable.

  • I’ve completed my goal! Now what?

    First off- Congratulations! We’re so proud of you for showing up & staying consistent. All challenge prizes will be distributed in the studio after the challenge ends. We’ll send out more details closer to the date, so keep an eye on your inbox!
