A women-led fitness studio dedicated to uplifting individuals through strength training and community, with a focus on the unique needs of women. At Roar, we use strength training, through personal training services and group classes, to help women rise - physically, mentally, and within a strong community. We believe strength is the foundation for fitness and for thriving in all aspects of life. This is where women rise.

OUR MISSION

We specialize in strength training classes and coaching designed around the physiological and performance needs of women, from proper form and technique to life stage-specific support such as pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. Our fun, supportive, and community-driven environment helps every participant feel empowered to pursue their fitness goals

OUR OFFERINGS

GROUP FITNESS

45-minute strength focused workouts tailored for all fitness levels. Our classes feature a range of equipment, from light to heavy weights, enabling each participant to customize their workout and reach their personal best.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Limited single-session personal training by request. These sessions are designed for specific needs, such as a one-time check-in before starting classes, support with form or modifications, or approval for girls ages 12 to 17 to participate with a parent.

CLINICS

Comprehensive Strength Clinics crafted to deepen your understanding of fitness fundamentals. Available by request for private groups of six or more, these sessions help you develop proper technique across essential exercises in an environment that supports both beginners and experienced lifters.
