About Roar

Roar is a women-centered strength training community. Our programming is built on science and designed to meet the needs of women throughout their unique physiological journey, including hormonal changes, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and post-menopause.

We believe strength training is essential, and our classes focus on safe, effective movements that prioritize form, consistency, and long-term results. We are not a HIIT studio. Our instructors guide women through intentional training that helps them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
